The board contains each chakra as level, moving from Mooladhara to Sahashrara. There are two worlds, the upper world and the lower world. The Spiral in the middle depicts the path of Mother Kundalini. The Upper world has numbers in Clockwise depicting that it generates positivity and the lower ones have in anti clockwise which depicts opposite of positivity. The Sahashrara, the golden 7 the chakra, which is and outward, or upward umbrella suggest the opening of the Sahashrara, which is on the top of the upper world, and the lower is inward or downward, suggesting devolution.
The Levels are Chakras. The Chakras are divided into Segments. Each segment has a specific reason to it. So a Virata Reference Page is there which contains information about what each segment refers to.
